    DECLARATORIA de vigencia de la Norma Mexicana NMX-R-077-SCFI-2015.

    DECLARATORIA DE VIGENCIA DE LA NORMA MEXICANA NMX-R-077-SCFI-2015 AGUA POTABLE Y RESIDUALTANQUES PARA ALMACENAMIENTOEMPERNADOSVIDRIO FUSIONADO AL ACERO.
    La Secretaría de Economía, por conducto de la Dirección General de Normas, con fundamento en lo dispuesto por los artículos 34 fracciones II, XIII y XXXIII de la Ley Orgánica de la Administración Pública Federal; 3 fracción X, 51-A, 51-B y 54 de la Ley Federal sobre Metrología y Normalización; 45 y 46 del Reglamento de la Ley Federal sobre Metrología y Normalización y 21 fracciones I, IX y XXI del Reglamento Interior de esta Secretaría y habiéndose satisfecho el procedimiento previsto por la Ley de la materia para estos efectos, expide la declaratoria de vigencia de la norma mexicana que se enlista a continuación, misma que ha sido elaborada y aprobada por el Comité Técnico de Normalización Nacional de Industrias Diversas, lo que se hace del conocimiento de los productores, distribuidores, consumidores y del público en general.     La presente norma mexicana NMX-R-077-SCFI-2015 entrará en vigor 60 días naturales después de la publicación de esta declaratoria de vigencia en el Diario Oficial de la Federación.

    Objetivo y campo de aplicación
    Establecer las especificaciones técnicas para el diseño, fabricación y construcción de tanques empernados, vidrio fusionado al acero, los métodos de prueba y el procedimiento de evaluación de la conformidad para obtener la certificación oficial.
    Esta Norma Mexicana es aplicable a quienes diseñan, fabrican, compran, comercializan, construyen y operan tanques de vidrio fusionado al acero de cualquier capacidad, que se utilizarán para el almacenamiento y/o regulación de agua potable y residual, en todo el territorio nacional.
    Concordancia con normas internacionales
    Esta Norma Mexicana no coincide con ninguna norma internacional, por no existir referencia alguna al momento de su elaboración.
